Call for applications: Solo Dance Contest

during the Gdansk Dance Festival (Poland)

 
The International Solo Dance Contest will take place during the Gdansk Dance Festival 2016.

 
The contest is to support and promote contemporary dance in Europe. The contest is directed to contemporary dance artists from European countries. It is open for dancers of contemporary dance (contemporary dance/contemporary ballet) who have a documented artistic activity or/and are professional dancers with a diploma of dance studies. The contest is for autonomous solo performances, the premiere of which took place between 1st January 2014 and 30th March 2016. The solo should not be shorter than 5 minutes and longer than 20 minutes.

 
The deadline for application is 24 March 2016.
