India Theatre Programme | 4 week Residency

 
The Drama School, Mumbai invites applications from theatre makers, actors, dancers and performance artists for this intensive 4 week training and creation workshop in Pondicherry, India.

 
The India Theatre Programme is a unique 4 week-­long training and creation programme that takes participants from across the world on an exploration of traditional Indian theatre practices and their relevance to contemporary theatre creation.

 
It will run from 2nd July 2016 to 31st July 2016, and is aimed at international performers, students studying theatre full-time, and performance makers with a minimum of 2-3 years of training in theatre and/or performance, or  the equivalent in experience.

   - Deadline for Application: 15 March, 2016
   - Selection and Skype Interviews: March-April 2016
   - Final Selections Announced: 15 April, 2016
   - Residency: 2 – 31 July, 2016

 
This residential programme will be conducted at the exquisite Adishakti campus in Pondicherry in South India.
