The 3rdopen call for Korean curators: group research trip and curatorial workshop

 


Group Research Trip:

-       Art professionals take part in a research program planned by Project VIA in cooperation with overseas institutions

Area 1: Finland: Frame Visual Art Finland (Helsinki, Finland)

Area2: USA: Performa13, Independent Curators International (ICI), Residency Unlimited(New York, NY)

-       USD$500 travel grant per person, four curators for each area

-       10 days of research, including 3days of the group program

 


Curatorial Workshop:

-       Art professionals attend an international conference and workshop planned by Project VIA in cooperation with Tate Research Centre: Asia-Pacific

-       USD$500 travel grant per person, six curators

-       10 days, including 6days of workshop program and personal research.

 


PROJECT VIA is a professional development initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea and Korea Arts Management Service. The PROJECT VIA program aims to promote exchange in the Korean contemporary art community by providing a useful channel for experienced visual art specialists to develop their professional networks.
