GCC which hosted 2009 Res Artis Conference successfully together with the opening of the center hold “2010 Art Studio Network Forum” with those concerned of the local Art Studio this year. This forum runs a round table with those concerned of the local Art Studio, residency program managers operated by independent art galleries and art spaces, project residency and traditional market residency interested, dealing with issues of multi-genre and disciplinary concerns: how residency can promote artists?; what influence does the local context have on creation?; and how much is international exchange needed?
