Since its opening in 1994, the Incheon Culture and Arts Center has established itself as a representative cultural space in Incheon. It has been striving to expand the opportunities for Incheon citizens to enjoy culture and arts through the Incheon & Arts and self-planned performances as well as the high-quality performances of the Incheon Municipal Art Troupe (Central Band, Choir, Dance Company, and Theater).
