Smiling Face Art Center

The Smiling Face Art Center was first opened in April 2004 as a cultural and arts complex for local people to expand opportunities for cultural and artistic entertainment and to live a healthy and comfortable life. It was newly launched as the Dalseo Cultural Foundation in April 2014. The main facilities include 455 seats in the Cheongryong Hall, 212 seats in the Waryong Hall, an outdoor concert hall, 335 square meters of Duryu Gallery, a small library, 35 computer rooms, 10 lecture rooms at art Academy, and a swimming pool (25M, 6 lanes), to support various cultural and artistic activities.
