The Seo-gu Cultural Center opened on March 5, 1998, and was established to contribute to the promotion of local culture and art and to promote the development of local arts and to promote the convenience of public assembly to the people of the district. The cultural center is taking charge of the concert hall, exhibition room, audio-visual room and outdoor concert hall, and is pushing for performance planning and exhibition planning. It operates a group of Seo-gu women, and also runs hobby and sports classes.
