Busan International Dance Festival

Busan International Beach Dance Festival 2005 (Gwangalli Beach Special Stage) changed its name to the Busan International Dance Festival 2008. And it has been reborn as the Busan International Dance Festival (Haeundae special stage). Previously, international exchange which was insignificant in dance country has been through a dramatic change with Busan International Dance Festival. It proceeds through the tight coordination and collaboration with the ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, US embassy and foreign government agencies. Arts Korea (AK21) is the main fostering program of dance performers at the Busan International Dance Festival since 2009.
