Since the establishment in 1994 under its initiative name ''Open Stage'', theater company Kim Dong Soo company has created works aimed at thinking theatres and humanity-living theatre. This theater company tries to put the contemporary society and life of Koreans on stage by developing new original theatres. At the same time they are mainly producing a family theatre dealing with children and youth, based on the reliance on educational effects of theatre.
