Theater Mo Kogi

Musical & Drama Company Mokozi was established in 1988 by its current head and art director Bok Jinoh with then young theatrical talents. The company has been very active under its foundatioinal idea of succession and development of traditional play and exploration of a format for new Korean-style musical play. The troupe gained wide popularity in the 80''s and 90''s as a leading Korean musical company in a poor national market for the field by staging '' Gospel'', ''The Fantastice'', ''Duet'', ''Don Quixote'' and others. In 2009, the troupe performed pop opera ''Magic Lily'' it created. Magic Lily was performed in a small theater, opening a new possiblity of a musical play for a small theatr.
