BFIC’s vision is making Busan an emerging global city in Asia where Busan citizens and foreigners live in harmony. Ever since its establishment in 2005, BFIC plays an important role to boost Busan’s participation into various urban diplomacy projects.
It does urban diplomacy and networking, asian gateway Busan for ASEAN countires, Busan-specific ODA(Offical development assitance), platform for new northern policy and inter-Korean cooperation, and glabal city Busan with citizens and foreign residents.
