Arts Council Korea is organizing the Arko Arts Theater and Daehangno Arts Theater which endeavor to present the finest experiences to its audiences and in effort to create the nation’s best performances. The Arko Arts Theatre has not only broadened the national artistic spectrum but it has also produced many of this generation’’s leading artists. The opening of Daehangno Arts Theatre, a mid-size performance space, in Jun 2009, brought Daehangno one step closer to becoming the Mecca of Korean Performance art.
