Since its opening in 1925, the Former Seoul Station (Historical Site No.284, designated on Sep 25, 1981) had been a hub of migration and exchange between the Korean people for about a century, playing a key role in dramatic changes that occurred in their lives. The bulding is currently having its original form restored and, when completed, will turn its historic position in the background of Korea’s ecomomic growth and change in daily life to a venue for Korea’s future-oriented culture and creativity.
