Theatre Moollee has placed its objective on expressing in a persuasive manner the theme of life, its source and phenomenon. At the same time, it has been interested in communicating the essence of drama to the contemporary audience. With these goals in mind, director, Tae-Sook Han, established the company to explore new formats and contents, develop experimental cultural contents, and work to train new artists. Theatre Moollee has concentrated on individual performances under a project-base system of operation. Its main goal is to work in partnership with the staff to facilitate the exchange of human resources and to guarantee maximum creativity and artistic integrity.The year 2008 marked the tenth anniversary of its establishment. As always, Theatre Moollee is determined to continue its work on drama without relying on one single philosophy or single format. Instead it is concentrating on nurturing its spirit of experimentation, which Mooli believes will contribute to the diversity of drama in Korea.
