Jeon Mi-Sook Dance Company

She is currently a professor at the Korea National University of Arts and has been working as a dancer and choreographer since 1981. She is a contemporary dancer who is trusted by dance lovers as well as critics every time she presents her work. Her initial work began with lyric poetry and self-exploration, and she was well-appreciated for her artistic, cynical, and social satirical works, and her well-rounded contemporary dance concept. She has recently been recognized as a provocative choreographer with a very logical, mathematical, spatial stage concept and musical sense of excellence. She is known as a choreographer with a sense of excellence and international sense as a choreographer in Korea, performing in the Cervantes Festival, USA and Europe.
