Company Introduction

“The Tune” is the nomadic band based on Korean traditional music, composed of the haeguem, piano, a folk singer, and various percussion instruments. Rooted deeply in Korean traditional music with nomadic scent, they are one of the most famous bands in Korea for its experimental music. Korean traditional music, jazz, contemporary, and gypsy music are all engrossed in their music, so that the audience catch the  mysterious aura of the oriental atmosphere. In  addition, they can grasp the audiences’ eyes as well as their ears with the peculiar performance of Korean art.

Performance Detail

‘Wandering Melodic Road’ is the Tune’s most popular piece. The Tune’s music explains the impressive moments that we met while wandering on the streets of life. It is composed of traditional percussion instruments, the haegeum, vocals, keyboards, and fecution. The combination of acoustic instruments, Middle Eastern instruments and keyboards provides uninterrupted music across genres such as Korean traditional music, jazz, contemporary music and gypsy music.
