Performance Detail
In Deep Present, Jisun Kim views outsourcing as a major axis of reconstructuring senses and thinking processes. Outsourcing first began to reduce costs in industries but today, people seem to outsource anything, even war. At the center of such a wider scope of outsourcing is artificial intelligence. What is the driving force behind such a widening process of outsourcing today? What questions do we need to ask as people even want to outsource their "thinking"?
Requested to think on behalf of humans, four characters of AI perform on stage, each with its own voice. Starting with these characters of AI, questions about the entire system are raised. Humans, who want to outsource their thinking, and those who will take this outsourcing job face each other to explore what outsourcing is.
