Company Introduction
Founded with Before Half in 1989, Modl Theatre is a company specializing in the creative theater. The performances it has planned, produced and presented include Wild Herb, Blue Saigon, The Dandelion`s Story, Attack the Oasis Laundry, 1, 2, Mongyeon, Fish in the Wilderness, Read ’Lady Sukyeong’ and Write the Tale of Shim Chong.
Performance Detail
There is a small piece of dog dung. A sparrow, lump of earth and hen all say, "You are dirty! You are useless!" Nobody loves the dog dung. The dog dung becomes sad and wonders how it could do something good because it is just dirty dung.
One day, a flower seed comes through the wind and says hello to the dog dung.
"I’m a seed of a dandelion, a flower looking like a star." Surprisingly, the seed says that it needs the dog dung to blossom. Would the dog dong be able to melt its entire body to be born again as a beautiful flower?
