The Nowon Cultural Foundation was established to meet the needs of residents to enjoy culture with expertise and to build a local cultural and artistic ecosystem. In order to establish a local culture and arts ecosystem, the Nowon Cultural Foundation are developing culture and arts policies and projects that fit the characteristics of Nowon-gu, and spurring the vitalization of living arts with various lifestyle organizations. |
