TPAM Fringe는 도쿄 또는 요코하마에서 진행되는 공연과 프로젝트를 공모받아
TPAM에 참가하는 전문가와 일반인에게 소개하는 프로그램이다.
아티스트/예술단체는 홈페이지를 통해 등록할 수 있으며,
2개 이상의 공연 등록이나 기관으로서의 등록을 원할 경우 별도 연락이 필요하다.

홈페이지를 통해 구체적인 등록 조건과 참가비, TPAM을 통해 소개받을 수 있는 공연장 목록 등을 확인할 수 있다.
등록 마감일은 현지 시간 기준 2019년 11월 1일 오후 6시이다.
TPAM Fringe is an open-call program that invites registrations of performances and projects that are carried out during the period of TPAM (February 8–16, 2020) in Yokohama or Tokyo and introduces them to professionals who participate in TPAM and general public.
