Gwacheon Hanmadang Festival

Gwacheon Hanmadang Festival Corporation endeavers to preserve and develop Korean traditional ars using both street-scapes and open air places in a truly original way. The festival also takes full advantage of international cultural exchange programs to further develop Gwacheoninto a city of fine culture and art that reflects a wider global perspective.

It was registered as the Gwacheon Hanmadang Festival Corporation Foundation in December, 2003 and subsequently set up the Secretariat of the Gwacheon Hanmadang Festival Corporation in January, 2004 to ensure high quality in the field of the Arts.
