The Damyang-gun Cultural Foundation was established in May 2014 to realize the culture and arts center city by expanding the opportunities for citizens to enjoy creative cultural activities and cultural arts, and by developing culture and arts promotion policies.

The Damyang-gun Cultural Foundation develops and promotes policies for the promotion of culture and arts and creates a humanities city, supports creative and disseminated activities of culture and arts, revitalizes the old city center through culture and arts, develops and markets cultural tourism products to create a stylish cultural community and a city where the population is happy.
