Hey string uses gayageum(zither) as its primary musical instrument to not only seek new possibilities to move beyond the musical limitations of gayageum,
but also to adopt various musical grammars in their music.
"Potencia" expresses the anxiety and concerns of an uncertain future through potential susecptibility. Hey string incorporated the compas(rhythm)and palmas(hand clapping) of flamenco into the colorful variations of gayageum melodies.
